Cheese Slicers are made Black Limba with a touch Cherry hardwood.
The cheese slicer is finished with our food-safe kitchen wood conditioner made of beeswax and mineral oil.
Sizes:
- Black Limba w/ Cherry: 10.75” x 8” and 3/4“ thick.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not put this in the dishwasher. EVER!

Do not submerge or 'soak' the slicer in water.

Use lukewarm water and a mild soap to clean Never use hot water and do not lay flat to dry.

Use a wood conditioner when your slicer becomes dry to refresh and revitalize. Our recommendation is to apply a food-safe conditioner (a blend of beeswax and mineral oil is preferred) every 3-6 months or as necessary.
