Do not put this in the dishwasher. EVER!

Do not submerge or 'soak' the board in water.

Use lukewarm water and a mild soap to clean Never use hot water and do not lay flat to dry.

Use a cutting board/kitchen wood conditioner when your board becomes dry to refresh and revitalize. Our recommendation is to apply a food-safe conditioner (a blend of beeswax and mineral oil is preferred) every 3-6 months or as necessary.
